1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Claimly mobile application (the "App"), provided by PDF Expert ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and End User License Agreement ("Terms" or "EULA"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access or use the App.
2. End User License Agreement (EULA)
PDF Expert grants you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable limited license to install and use Claimly on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, solely for personal, non-commercial purposes, strictly in accordance with the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions (Usage Rules).
- Scope of License: You may not copy, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, attempt to derive source code, modify, or create derivative works of the App or any updates, except to the extent permitted by applicable law.
- Reservation of Rights: All intellectual property rights, titles, and interests in and to Claimly remain the exclusive property of PDF Expert.
3. Apple Standard EULA & Third-Party Beneficiary Terms
You acknowledge and agree that this Agreement is entered into between you and PDF Expert only, and not with Apple Inc. ("Apple"). As an App Store customer:
- Standard EULA Precedence: These Terms incorporate by reference the Apple Standard End User License Agreement (Standard EULA) available at https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between these Terms and Apple's Standard EULA, the terms of Apple's Standard EULA shall govern.
- Apple as Beneficiary: Apple and Apple's subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms. Upon your acceptance of these Terms, Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary.
- Maintenance & Support: PDF Expert is solely responsible for providing all maintenance and customer support services for Claimly. Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance or support services with respect to the App.
- Product Claims: PDF Expert, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims relating to the App or your possession and use thereof, including but not limited to product liability claims, consumer protection claims, and regulatory compliance.
- Third-Party IP Infringement: In the event of any third-party claim that the App or your possession and use of the App infringes that third party's intellectual property rights, PDF Expert, not Apple, is solely responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of such claim.
4. Description of the Service
Claimly provides users with publicly available informational summaries of legal settlements and class actions, claim filing deadlines, estimated fund distributions, and convenience links to official settlement claim portals. Claimly does not process settlement claims directly; all formal claims must be filed through the official settlement administrators.
5. No Legal Advice & Informational Purpose Only
The content provided within the App is for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing contained in the App constitutes legal, financial, or tax advice. You should consult a qualified legal professional regarding your specific legal rights or eligibility in any class action lawsuit or settlement.
Estimated payout amounts, total settlement funds, and eligibility guidelines are approximate and based on publicly available court documents. Final settlement amounts and individual qualifications are determined solely by the courts and settlement administrators.
6. User Accounts & Registration
To use personalized tracking features, save bookmarks, receive deadline reminders, and manage subscriptions, you must create an account using Sign in with Apple. You agree to provide accurate information and maintain the security of your authentication credentials. You may permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time directly in the App under Settings > Delete Account.
7. In-App Subscriptions & Billing
Claimly offers auto-renewing subscriptions ("Claimly Plus") that unlock premium features, including full lawsuit details, deadline calendar integration, and direct claim submission links.
- Billing: Payment is charged to your Apple ID Account at confirmation of purchase.
- Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing cycle.
- Account Renewal: Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the rate specified for your selected plan.
- Managing Subscriptions: You can manage, upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time in your iOS Device Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
- Refunds: All purchases and refunds are processed and governed directly by Apple according to Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
8. Third-Party Trademarks & External Links
Company names, logos, settlement names, and product trademarks referenced within the App (e.g., Meta, Google, Apple, etc.) belong to their respective owners. Their mention in Claimly is strictly for nominative and descriptive identification purposes and does not imply sponsorship, affiliation, or endorsement. We are not responsible for the contents, privacy policies, or actions of third-party settlement claim websites.
9. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Fraudulent Use: Use the App for any illegal or fraudulent purpose;
- Reverse Engineering: Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the App;
- Disruption: Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the App or servers;

10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PDF Expert and its directors, officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App, missed settlement deadlines, or rejected settlement claims.
11. Legal Compliance & Export Controls
You represent and warrant that: (i) you are not located in a country that is subject to a U.S. Government embargo, or that has been designated by the U.S. Government as a "terrorist supporting" country; and (ii) you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
12. Changes to Terms
